ARGOS Reporting System
The ANDI Reporting team is now utilizing Argos Reporting system to schedule reports (excel format) that can be sent to our users via email, printer, or FTP Server. This process saves time and ensures accuracy. Please contact ANDIReporting@tennessee.edu to schedule your report.
We’re On The Move!
In preparation for the transition into the Foundation, we are centralizing service and support functions in the UT Conference Center (where much of Advancement Services already calls home). There’s a daily mail run between Andy Holt Tower and the Conference Center so don’t worry if you forget and address something to the old address. Payroll Deduction: E-Receipts
E-Receipts for payroll deduction donations are now being sent via email on a monthly basis.
UTHSC Pediatric Dentistry
181 entities were updated for UTHSC Pediatric Dentistry residents in February.
Alumni Address/Phone Appends
Alumni Address/Phone Number appends have been uploaded to the ANDI database. This project was focused on sanitizing three main areas:
- Active alumni with undeliverable addresses
- Active alumni with a valid mailing address but no valid phone number
- Lost alumni
The result has been a significant reduction in lost alumni from 11.83% to 4.98%. In addition, over 16,000 entity phone numbers were appended.
